Savory Red Apple Pork Chop

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs pork chops (2)
  • red apple spice
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season pork chops with red apple spice, salt and pepper.
  3. Place pork in a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic.
  5. Pour the glaze over the pork.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 140˚- 160˚
  7. Let rest before slicing and serving.
  8. Garnish with a shake of red apple spice.
