Savory Red Apple Pork Chop

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs pork chops (2)
- red apple spice
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season pork chops with red apple spice, salt and pepper.
- Place pork in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic.
- Pour the glaze over the pork.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 140˚- 160˚
- Let rest before slicing and serving.
- Garnish with a shake of red apple spice.
