Blueberry Spice Encrusted Lamb Chops


  • 8 lamb chops
  • Blueberry Spice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Serve with a simple cucumber salad on the side!


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Rub olive oil on both sides of each chop.
  4. Coat chops with a generous amount of blueberry spice.
  5. Place chops on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and a shake of blueberry spice for good measure.
